I will use a holistic approach, that encompasses your lifestyle and wellbeing which is grounded with evidence based research and guidelines to ensure you have the most credible source to support you.
My expertise stems from a degree in Dietetics and firsthand experience working with both the NHS and an innovative digital health company. I’m also registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a Member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and a qualified level 3 personal trainer – bringing a rounded understanding of how the right food and exercise can really make a difference.
You’ll generally find me either going for a run, doing yoga or HIIT with any form of functional training in my evenings.
