I’m a Registered Dietitian devoted to helping you on your journey to motherhood. I bring over 10 years of experience across the UK and Australia to provide you with practical, personalised, evidence-based information and advice about all things related to fertility, pregnancy and being a new mum.
Having personally overcome fertility issues, I know first-hand that each woman is unique and how emotional the journey can be. My approach is about taking the time to listen, to get to know you and to understand your specific needs and health goals. From here, we can work together on a personalised program to empower, guide and support you to prepare your body for pregnancy, and throughout each stage of your pregnancy and beyond.
