Step 1:
Contact us to request the test.

Step 2:
We will send the test to your home, and once you have done the swab, you can send it back to the lab in the prepaid envelope, alternatively you can come to one of our offices to do the saliva test with a registered dietitian/nutritionist. It only takes 5 minutes to do the test.

Step 3:
We will contact you 5-10 working days later to get your results. A dietitian will guide you through your results and create and an action plan to make you feel at your absolute best!
